Article 2 – Subject of the Agreement

This agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically by the Buyer through www.jumoswear.com , in accordance with consumer protection laws.

Article 3 – Order Information

Article 4 – Seller’s Obligations

The Seller shall deliver the ordered products in full, in accordance with the order details, together with an invoice.
Once the order is handed over to the shipping provider, delivery-related issues fall under the carrier’s responsibility.

Article 5 – Buyer’s Obligations

The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information and must inspect the product upon delivery.

Article 6 – Delivery

Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated.
The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company.

Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the delivery date.

To be eligible:

• The product must be unused

• Original tags must be intact

• The product must be resalable

Unless stated otherwise, return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.

Article 8 – Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Used products

• Hygienic items

• Products with damaged tags or packaging

  
  

Article 9 – International Orders & Taxes

For shipments outside Turkey, local taxes, customs duties, and import charges are not included in product prices.
Any additional charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the Buyer.

Article 10 – Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform due to force majeure events.

Article 11 – Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be resolved by Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts as applicable under Turkish law.

Article 12 – Effectiveness & Amendments

This agreement becomes effective upon electronic approval by the Buyer.
The Seller reserves the right to update this agreement in accordance with legal regulations.
