Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags attached, and in resalable condition.
Returns and exchanges are subject to approval.
An invoice is required for all return and exchange requests.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:
Used or washed items
Items with odor, stains, or cosmetic marks
Items with removed or damaged tags
Products not suitable for resale
Incomplete set items
Outlet items
Discounted items (except defective or incorrect shipments)
Requests must be submitted via the Return / Exchange Request Form or via WhatsApp.
Shipping details are shared after approval.
Shipments sent without approval may not be accepted.
Defective or incorrectly shipped items are fully covered by JUMOS.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
Due to high international shipping, customs, and logistics costs:
All international orders are final sale. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for orders shipped outside Turkey.
Customers are responsible for accepting delivery and handling any customs procedures.
Orders refused, unclaimed, or returned due to customs issues are not eligible for a refund.
