Due to the nature of international shipping, all sales are final.

JUMOS Wear does not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations once an order has been placed and shipped.

Please carefully review product descriptions, measurements and sizing information before completing your purchase.




Damaged or Incorrect Items


If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

To help us review your request, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Each case will be reviewed individually and an appropriate solution will be provided where applicable.




Non-Deliverable Orders


Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Orders returned due to:

  • Incorrect shipping address
  • Refused delivery
  • Failure to pay customs duties or import taxes

are not eligible for a refund.

Any reshipment costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
