RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At JUMOS, customer satisfaction is important to us. The following policy explains our return and exchange conditions clearly and transparently.




1. DOMESTIC RETURNS & EXCHANGES (TURKEY ONLY)

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags attached, and in resalable condition.

  • Returns and exchanges are subject to approval.

  • An invoice is required for all return and exchange requests.




2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:

  • Used or washed items

  • Items with odor, stains, or cosmetic marks

  • Items with removed or damaged tags

  • Products not suitable for resale

  • Incomplete set items

  • Outlet items

  • Discounted items (except defective or incorrect shipments)




3. RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS (TURKEY)

  • Requests must be submitted via the Return / Exchange Request Form or via WhatsApp.

  • Shipping details are shared after approval.

  • Shipments sent without approval may not be accepted.

Defective or incorrectly shipped items are fully covered by JUMOS.




4. REFUNDS

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.




5. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (IMPORTANT)

Due to high international shipping, customs, and logistics costs:

All international orders are final sale. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for orders shipped outside Turkey.

  • Customers are responsible for accepting delivery and handling any customs procedures.

  • Orders refused, unclaimed, or returned due to customs issues are not eligible for a refund.
