Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with the products you purchased from Jumos, we want to make the return or exchange process as easy and hassle-free as possible for you. This Return & Exchange Policy explains your rights regarding your purchase and how the process works.
Return Period: You can return your products within 3 days from the date you receive them. Returns or exchanges are not accepted after this period.
Product Condition: Returned or exchanged products must be unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
Return Process: Once your return request is approved, the product price will be refunded. Shipping costs belong to the customer. Refunds will be made through your original payment method.
Exchange Process: Exchanges can be made if the requested product is in stock. Shipping costs for exchanges are covered by the customer.
Invoice: An invoice of your purchase must be provided during the return or exchange process.
Products Not Eligible for Return or Exchange:
Personal care items (for hygiene reasons).
Custom-made products.
Campaign/discounted products (except in cases where the product is defective or damaged).
Submitting a Request: To request a return or exchange, you can fill out the Return/Exchange Request Form on our website or contact our customer service via WhatsApp at +90 (551) 707 06 51. Once approved, we will provide shipping details (cargo code and address information).
Product Shipment: Products can only be sent after approval is received. Shipments made without approval may not be accepted.
Shipping Fee: In returns and exchanges, the shipping cost belongs to the customer. Since costs vary between 200–300₺ depending on size and distance, a flat fee of 249.99₺ is applied equally to all customers. However, in cases of defective or incorrectly shipped products, the shipping cost will be covered by Jumos.
Evaluation: Once your product arrives at our warehouse, your return or exchange request will be evaluated within 3 business days. Eligible requests will then be processed.
Refund Timeline: Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. For credit card payments, the refund may take 3-10 business days depending on your bank’s process.
Refund Amount: The full product price will be refunded, excluding any shipping costs paid at the time of delivery.
Campaign Products: For discounted/campaign products, campaign conditions may become invalid upon return, and the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
Product Exchange: If your exchange request is approved and the new product is in stock, it will be processed immediately and shipped to your address. If there is a price difference, it will either be refunded to you or collected from you.
Exchange Shipping Fee: Shipping costs for exchanges belong to the customer, except in cases of defective products, where Jumos will cover the cost.
